Privacy commitments
DeadlyProbes exists to give you back control of your attention. It would make no sense if, to do that, you had to hand over your data. These are the commitments that govern this website and will govern the app when it is released. The full policy, with the legal details, will be published at this same address at launch.
This website
- It uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones.
- It includes no analytics, tracking pixels or external scripts. The only scripts are the page's own: the music and the video transition.
- It has no forms: it collects no personal data.
- The IP address of each visit is compared with the public list of Spanish networks (RIPE NCC) only to show the website in Spanish or in English. It is not stored anywhere beyond the server logs.
- The server logs requests (IP address, page requested, date) for the sole purpose of operating and protecting the service. Those logs are rotated and deleted automatically.
The app
- What you post is yours. The videos you record and post remain yours. They will not be used to train AI models.
- No sale of data. We will never sell or hand over personal data to third parties, or use it for advertising.
- Only what is essential. Camera and microphone only to record when you decide. You will be able to revoke permissions at any time.
- Proof of personhood. It will be used to confirm there is a person behind every account, storing the minimum necessary. The method and the data involved will be published here before launch.
- Account deletion. If the app ends up needing an account, you will be able to delete it and all its data from within the app, without going through support.
Changes
Any change to these commitments will be published here with a new version and date. No change will ever be applied retroactively to data already collected without notice.
Contact for privacy matters: the channel will be published together with the app launch. See the support page.
