Why now

Open networks are filling up with synthetic content: videos, faces and voices that a machine generates in seconds and almost for free. When anything can be fake, what is scarce and valuable is what a person really recorded. That is the luxury of the future, and no one offers it as a social network yet.

The product

• Vertical short video, with the feed, followers and comments people already know.
• Everything is recorded with the phone's camera inside the app: nothing generated or retouched with AI gets in.
• Proof of personhood when creating an account: no bot farms, no bought followers.
• Anything that looks synthetic gets reported and reviewed.

Kickstarter campaign

We are preparing a Kickstarter campaign for the first people who want in: early access, founder badges and a reserved username. Kickstarter is a pre-sale with rewards and gives no equity in the company. If you want to invest in DeadlyProbes, write to us.

Roadmap

• Done: brand, website in six languages (Spanish, English, German, Russian, Chinese and Hindi), and the Kickstarter campaign prepared.
• Now: building the iOS and Android app, with in-app recording and proof of personhood.
• Next: beta with the first communities and creators.

What we are looking for

• A pre-seed round to build the app and launch the beta.
• Business angels who bring more than capital: experience in social networks, consumer products or creators.
